When Paul Cellucci was running in the November election to get promoted from Acting Governor to Governor, it was considered bad taste to mention the mountain of personal debt he had acquired. In light of the welfare-bashing proposals he promulgated almost immmediately upon assuming office, however, I thought it was probably OK to bring it up now.
